Does PKI have a full-circuit SLC or non-kiddie inverted coaster? No. Does PKI have a flying coaster? No. Does PKI have a thrust air coaster? No. Does PKI have a stand-up coaster? Not anymore, and it probably will never be replaced with another decent adult-sized steel coaster. So stop complaining. You're not missing much.
Second, with respect to the lack of maintenance of theming, has anyone ever bothered to contact Jeff Siebert to ask him WHY?
How many SLCs have you done? How many Deja Vus? Does PKI have the only model of inverted Vekoma worth mentioning? Yup.
How many standups have you done? How many flying coasters? How many of them have a broad appeal or are even worth mentioning among even the most enthused of enthusiasses?
I mean REALLY. Try a few of those coasters on for size and get back with us.

No, I wasn't kidding. And re-read my post. I said every other Paramount park has a FULL-CIRCUIT SLC or non-kiddie inverted coaster, or a standup. I don't give a flying fat rat's butt if YOU enjoy them or not, or whether you think WE should enjoy them or not. I'm not the adrenaline junkie that most of you people are, who can't seem to get your jollies on anything less than an ultra-smooth 300' high dream machine that pulls 4.5 g's. So just because YOU don't think those coasters at other Paramount parks are decent does NOT mean other people feel the same. I would venture a guess YOU were probably one of the people who were so excited about those new coasters you so apparently hate now, and you probably couldn't wait to get on them. But now you're sick of them, and think the rest of us should be as well. Well, I'm sorry, but there are countless millions of other people in this world who DON'T share your opinion. So I'm simply stating my opinion - which, last I heard, I was permitted to do.

Now back to my question....you've been on how many of those coasters you squeal and thrash around about? Go on. We're waiting for your answer.

Flyer? Yes please...and the Vekoma is the *only* one I'd want...unless SFMM comes up with something special in Tatsu...but Paramount had their fill of Vekoma flyers after....hmmm, just one. :)
Thrust air? I *love* H:XLC, but I know I'm virtually alone on that...(and there's the critical difference on these boards - those who recognize that their PERSONAL tastes may not be in line with the general populace)...and as far as the GP is concerned, I doubt they'd know OR care about the differences between launch technologies...
PKI's stand-up? Now that one I *do* miss...and KC was popular...but a maintenance headache. If they want one, I'd still suggest *cloning* Georgia Scorcher! :)
John, you mighta coulda used a winky after that last bit....or not... ;)
I liked King Cobra, but... it had to go. (Ha, get it? To go. Togo.)
Personally, I like the B&M flyers because they're more comfy. They aren't as forceful, but I like the prone starting position more than the flop to the back starting position. I'd love to see a B&M flyer where SoB stands now. I'd love to see anything that isn't SoB where SoB stands now.
And ;) guys? I don't got time for no ;) guys!
They should just change "Son of Beast" to "Money Pit" and be done with it. There's been so much work done on that ride AFTER the initial $15 Million investment, it's rediculous.
