Pictures of the new Kumbak train

If the coaster was designed with the heartline in mind, yes. Somehow I doubt that's the case here.
The OTRS reminds me a lot of the abomination that was added to Revolution. Hits you right in the temple where you'll really feel it.
Jimvy, you may have foiled me in the quest to 1000, but I think these trains are decent looking, so you didn't beat me to that ;).
Oh my lord, those are the Ugliest trains I've ever seen on a coaster ever. That paint job is literally nasty and disgusting. It makes you feel queasy. That and those horrible segmented seats. Yuck.

Chattanooga needs a ITG2 Machine!
Whatever the case, the park seems to love that old Vekoma looper! I wonder why they chose not to replace the coaster when they replaced the trains? ;)
Some reports are in of fans riding the new train! Report aren't too positive... the weird segmented seats hurt the lower back and the only good thing about them is they're so open.
So can we assume now, that the Kumbak people are the ones who have been in charge for all the crap that Vekoma did in the past. If you compare the quality they deliver with their new junior coasters and the Booster bikes recently... lets see what Kumbak will deliver next.
That's the clearance test. They pulled two cars/wagons through the ride.
Efteling was forced to put an old Vekoma train back in service, as the Kumbak train that was running valleyed in the helix! One possible reason for that could be the higher friction generated by the 3rd guide wheel.
Huh. I didn't know Kumbak was made up of former Vekoma people.

I'd like to test out the Veko trains like on the outdoors RnR at that former SF park, the new ones that are on that new boomer, and this, just to see what they ride like.

The only thing I don't like about this train by Kumbak is the OTSR. Something simpler, please.

The train on the outdoor RnR? Its like any of the late 90's Boomerang SF installed. The trains are the same! My opinion on those is that they're worse than the Arrow, cause your head is higher than the Arrow... so one explanation I was given is that your head shakes more.

One last thing... Goudurix at Parc Asterix has those trains and last year, they basically had to be rebuild completely, probably cause of the beating the ride gives? I'm serious... the butterfly on that ride can't be navigated smoothly by any train! *** Edited 8/8/2005 3:22:04 AM UTC by Absimilliard***

I've been on 2 boomers, the one at Geauga, with a different train, and Knott's with an arrow train.
