Although it isn't my number one coaster, I have to say: The Beast. A cool fall night. Last run of the day. Brakes off. That would keep me content for quite awhile.
Who really knows - Maybe the coaster I want to make my last may not even be around. And there may be a new creation that arrives thats the best.
