Photo's of new zamperla's Flying coaster working

Came accross 6 pages of photos of the new flying coaster from Zamperla(hope I'm not double posting this) on ECC, this is a pretty sweet looking coaster for its size. Anyone know of anyone getting this.

Army Rangers lead the way

Wow, the layout looks great, but the restraints look kind of... utilitarian... er.... Posturepedic... er... not very comfy.

You can't spell "dishonorable" without "honorable."
How do they get into those things,  did anyone notice the guys dont have ther hands up nor do they look happy in some of the pics.

It looks like to me they're having a great time!

It's his turn to feast, when you ride the Son of Beast.
Sorry I should have been more specific I meant the older guys in the last page not the kids that are on the ride.

Sure looks like a fair ride. Well it is Zamperla. Like the spiral though. Of course this isn't anywhere near the class of B&M's and Vekoma's

Go Full Force

Is it just me, or are they not going backwards???  On the spiral they are facing in the opposite direction of going forward.  Also...other than laying down on a not so comfy looking train, what would the difference between this and an Arrowbatic be?  The Arrowbatic has you sitting on a suspended whilst this one has you laying down.  Why not just get an Arrowbatic?

Giddy-up
There are rumor's that six flags elitch gardens is getting on of these
-----------------
I think this is gonna be  a succes for smaller parks like sfeg.  Mabye six flags will mass produce these thins like the boomerang.  I wouldnt mind because it looks like a fun ride that would fit well in any park, except those with B&M and Vekoma flyers.
I rode a Zamperla flat ride at IAAPA in Atlanta that had similar seats and restraints.  You could lie face down or on your back.
I sure hope SFEG gets one, that thing looks great!!!
OUCH! What's up with the restraint? Where does your head go?
It may not look to comfortable, but it's meant to be portable, right?

Looks like they took a car from a Dartron Cliffhanger and put wheels on it.
They are either facing backwards or the spiral is somehow the lift.

SFGadv Please I'm begging for a Gyro Drop tower and an ArrowBatic.

That's what I was thinking John Peck. I remember I went on a Cliffhanger at the Ohio State Fair and the restraints were not so comfortable. Well, it is a fair ride rather.....but this Volare is actually a coaster, meaning faster speeds(unless heavily braked) which would make it less comfortable than the Cliffhanger in my opinion. But yes, I could be wrong.

That spiral that is shown is acutally the lifthill for the ride. The metal object in the middle rotates and catches a wheel sticking out from each train.

Actually SFEG is getting one, its not a rumor :)

Don't ask how I know... but trust me 100% on this one! I guarenteed it! (insert dramatic music here)

The ride itself looks... weeeeeird, but looks kinda cool in the same way. Only problem is, it looks like it has the 'George Foreman Grill' restraints.. hehe... (like a Huss Fly Away...) which was VERY uncomfortable, but could have been easily fixed which is hopefully the case with Zamperlas ride.

- Your #1 Darien Lake 2002 Construction Source!

WOW! Looks like a fun ride, but it does look a little short. I live near Denver so I'll take any new coaster they can get! Interesting restraints - reminds me of my last chiropractor...

"Grilled Steak Taco from Taco Bell!!"

Well, I have heard from people that they are absolutley sure that SFEG is getting one.  But there is still no construction going on yet, no track peices have arrived in the spot where it is supposed to go behind Twister II.  Except yesterday when driving by, I didn't get a clear image but it looked like there was a big pit right behind Twister II, wheater this is for the construction or was there before, I don't know.

I found a article on this written by someone who had rode it.  The coaster has two inline twists, and no big drop I guess.  And they said that they told Zamperla that the restraints were un-comfortable.  And Zamperala asked them in what spots instead of just srugging it off, so the restraints might get improved, who knows.
