Photo Uploader problem solved (I hope)

I finally figured out the problem that I was having with the photo uploader. I was trying to send you memory-hungry TIFF files. After going back and re-scanning some of the files, scaling down the output to 50% and assigning them as JPEG files (my stupid scanner always reverts to TIFF files:(), I still had one step left. I had to put them into Fireworks to get the file sizes down even greater. Some of the files I got down to 10k or less. Then finally I exported them from Fireworks into the Photo Uploader where I had success. I'm sure there's an easier way. By the way, I hope you like the photos, and I hope they're useable, or it's back to square one.

There is a much easier way Intamin Fan,

Just use Fireworks import option to scan directly into fireworks. The adjust the size accordingly, and then use the export feature to assign the proper format/extension for the memory size you wish to obtain.
