Photo update problem

I tried for about a half hour to update my account photo to no avail. If I try to upload a new one in IE 6, it takes me to a 404 page. If I try in Firefox 1.0.4, I get one of two messages: 1) Operation timed out, or 2) Alert: The document contains no data. The new picture is slightly smaller in dimensions than my current one, which was approved.

Any help with trying to upload a new photo would be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to guess it has something to do with something on your computer, particularly if you have some kind of "security" or firewall software. I've not had any problem using Firefox.

I disabled the Symantec auto-protect, uploaded the photo, and re-enabled it. The photo loaded with no problems. Thanks!

Also suggestions for firewalls and protectors, depending on the program, if there is a way to allow certain programs usage of internet. Another thing to do is go to the program and browse through the various options, certain features affect your everyday usage. Just some simple suggestions.
