Phantom's Revenge trains

Thanks for sharing those pics, Greg. Any word on when it will open up, and will the Thunderbolt be running again soon?
Those side lapbars, while cool, look like they'll be a loading nightmare!!!! Any thoughts?
Why would they be a loading nightmare? I don't see how they're much different than your standard lapbars, other than the place they connect to the train.

If anything I think turnaround time on these trains will be pretty quick. The lapbars may very well be automatic, and the self-retracting seatbelts will make them easy to find -- no more getting in the train and fishing around to find the belt...

Let's go back to the larger guest question cause arrows are pretty good for larger people and morgans aren't, what about this new lap bar? Anybody know how far it will have to go down to be considered safe? Also where will ride ops pull to make sure it is locked?

"ok everyone go ahead and pull down on your shoulder restraint so you feel nice and stuck!"
