I lost my hat on Poison Ivy. How pathetic.

While not a nickname for a coaster, my buddies and I have a nickname for a coaster trip. "TWIN WATGA". Let me explain.....

Back in our high school days, my friends (two brothers) and I decided to hit CP for one last bit of fun before the school year started. Upon asking permission, both sets of parents wouldn't agree to us going (a 3 hour car trip each way). Refusing to be denied our coaster-Jones, we devised a plan.

We told the parental units that we were going to spend the day out at the mall, going to the movies, hitting the local putt-putt course, etc. We told 'em we were getting an early start and wouldn't be back until later in the day.

Obviously we took off for the Point. I firmly believe that in response to our deviousness, the good Lord saw fit to cover our entire escapade in a steady rainfall. We did have fun riding the Troika a bunch of times during the heaviest rains, but wound up cutting the day shorter than usual due to our being soaked to the bone.

Since that day, we refer to our little adventure as "TWIN WATGA". The name comes from a line from Captain Jimmy in Star Trek III when addressing the crew about Star Fleet's refusal to let them go get Spock.....

"The Word Is No....We Are Therefore Going Anyway."

If u look at the back of the Roller Coaster Tycoon box, there is a ride named Mean Squeak. Its a wild mouse coaster.

So...you can't handle a rollercoaster huh? Well...you ARE the Weakest Link! Goodbye!
Number 1 Batwing Fan!

When me and my friend go to ride Batman: The Escape at SFAW, we say we are going to go "commit suicide" becuase it is so rough. Does that count. I used to call Texas Tornado at SFAW The Deathtrap beacuase it wobbled so much!

-----------------
I Survived Millennium Force!

1.) Millennium Force 2.) Steel Eel 3.) Raptor 4.) Mantis 5.) Magnum XL-200

My 3 year old calls roller coasters - "heller coasters".

Pittfall was always "the droppy ride" to me because, the first time we went to Kennywood, we had never seen anything like it and weren't expecting it. When we first saw it work, someone said, "It's one of those droppy rides!"

Worst story ever!

He let the contents of the bottle do the thinking; can't shake the devil's hand and say you're only kidding.

My friends and I also struggled with Wicked Twister (say it five times fast), for us it came out "Twisted Wicker" (the craziest porch furniture in Ohio).

If you build it, they will come!

On my first trip up to SFWoA, my girlfriend thought I said Raging Wolf Bowels instead of Raging Wolf Bobs. :) Don't ask how she heard that! Guess it's fitting for such a piece of... well.... you know. ;)
