So far I only have a few trips planned but it will change as the season gets closer. But anyway:
May-SFWOA, CP, Kennywood(KennyKon), Holiday World(SRM)
June-CP(CoasterMania), BGW, PKD, SFA
Those are the only set parks for now....I plan on going to Conneaut, PKI, Waldameer, MIA, SFKK, back to Kennywood. I'll also be going to CP and SFWOA a lot throughout the season.

Here are the parks I want to visit the most.
SFGAm,SFGAdv,BGT(Busch Gardens Tampa),IOA(Islands of Adventure),SFOT(Six Flags Over Texas),SFNE(Six Flags New England),SFMW(Six Flags Marine World),SFMM,KBF(Knott's Berry Farm),Alton Towers,and Dorney Park. (There's also Silver Dollar City,Knoebels,and Six Flags Great Escape. Or is it just called the Great Escape?)
DP- June if I can convince my mom to let me skip three days of school
CP- Maybe if I can get my grades up.

I don't have a month-by-month plan, but here are some parks I might visit this year:
SFGAm (my homepark), Big Chief's, Riverview Park and Waterworld, and Little A-Merrick-A (so I can ride every coaster in my home state) and maybe Cedar Point (I've already given my dad a "very early warning" that I might not ride Top Thrill Dragster, though).

I'll be making plenty of trips to PKI and CP throughout the summer.
I am planning on a week at BGW in June, a weekend in Toronto for PCW (probably May), and a few days at SFGAm (with hopefully a side trip to Michigan's Adventure)
Definitely have to sqeeze in a day at Kennywood as well.

I plan to start my year as i did the last two with a mad dash to Virginaia or North Carolina, I never decide till i actually get to Beckley WVa.
Then work my way from PKI and SFKK as the parks open.
Of course CBCon at SFGA., Coastermania, BeastBuzz, SRM and PPP
June and early July are where ever when ever. Maybe another camping trip to Hershey/Knobles.
In July I have a business trip to Denver, so I will get all the Mo parks along with SFEG and Lakeside, and maybe SFoT.

Here's my planned itinerary:
January - Wild Adventures
March - SFOG
April - SFOG, Dollywood, Carowinds, and maybe one other TBD
May - Magic Kingdom (GradNite), SFOG, whatever VisionLand will be called, and drive to CP
June,July - work at CP with trips to other reasonably close parks (SFWoA, Kennywood?, PKI?)
August - finish at CP, SFOG, possibly others
September - SFOG, Lake Winnie?
October - SFOG
November - SFOG ;)
December - ???
This should be quite a year, for me at least. Perhaps I may even squeeze another park or two out of this list.

Hmm, good question. As always, my plans are subject to change, being that I have a tendency to move to a different state at the drop of a hat... ;) However, these plans seem to be darn near finalized in my book:
March - Coaster Solace (KBF/SFMM)
May - SRM (Holiday World, IB, CP, PKI)
June - Weekend in Vegas
Oct - PPP (Knoebels, DP, SFGAdv, possibly LC or SFNE if open)
I may end up at Silverwood in September possibly as well, I've really wanted to get up that way for awhile.
