Organizing topics - question more than suggestion

As I have noticed more than a few "topics" coming around again and again under a slightly different topic name, I began to wonder if there is some way to have the buzzers themselves keep items together.  For instance, several "topics" were posted recently about WT supports, etc.  It gets kind of disorganized at times, and you guys can't be responsible for "herding cats", so to speak...
