Welcome, true believer. :) The site you're visiting has been developed on Macs using Parallels. I would never go back.

Heads up! NL2 is now out but for some reason there isn't anything on the main site so as it's you, here ya go...
*edit - updated link posted by Pete below.
They must have changed the links after the downloads went live :)
Running a wee bit choppy on my laptop at the moment but I've only played around with the demo tracks so far. Looks very polished and a tad different so possible learning curves ahead ;)
That link does not work for me, but I just purchased it from here:

Sales must be good as the download is painfully slow as if the servers are overloaded.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks, than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Where is the discount for owners of NL1 that they have mentioned? I did not get an email.... I bought NL1 when it was first released.
For what it is and for the amount of work behind it, I think they've priced it incredibly low. I also purchased NL1 and to be honest, expecting a discount (albeit sort of promised) is a bit cheeky ;)
Dev's gotta eat lol :D
Taken from the news section..... October 12th, 2013

Here is some information about the product and release.
FWIW... They did release a demo that is good for 15 days to try it. Downloading now while I wait for an answer from the email I sent them.... Demo size is 302MB.
I know, I wasn't shooting you down but things changed last week when they stated they were unsure about whether the discount would now be offered. It could well be that they've priced it lower than expected for all. I'm all for a discount or a bargain where I can take it but as I said earlier, this is a steal for what you're getting :)
It's in the FAQ on the .de site rather than the .com site, it's easy to forget there are two sites for NL :)
That was written before the update I mentioned above, as they did not yet know the price of the release in the FAQ, but quoted the price in the update...
From FAQ:
How much will NoLimits 2 cost?NoLimits 2 is still in development. We will figure out the right price when it is finished.
Will buyers of NoLimits 1 receive any discounts for NoLimits 2?
We cannot answer that question at this point, because it is not clear when and where NoLimits 2 will be released, and how much it will cost.

Obviously the update with the price, release date and indication of a discount was typed in after this was.
I don't much care about a discount, but I would like some bandwidth. 695 MB file downloading at 13.7 Kb/s. This is just painful. How does Element5 and Digital River keep getting customers? Only 11 hours to go...

If I knew positively, it would not be a big deal. Would hate to get it and find out later there was a discount.
Please forgive if this doesn't fall within the TOS- you can use this torrent to download the program much faster. It still requires the full license key:
I've been fooling around with the demo before I actually buy it......and I'm very pleased with it. It goes beyond what my expectations were. I thought the whole discount deal was nice, but now I could care less. It's totally worth the price.

THANK YOU!!! I finally broke down and bought it, and got my registration info. Downloaded the torrent in just a couple of minutes. Thanks so much for posting this. As he mentioned the torrent does NOT have a key. You must but it in order to install the program. This is not piracy. Just a much faster method of distribution with the servers still crawling.
What are reasons it would appear choppy? I'm running Windows 8.1 pro, 8 gigs of ddr3, 3.40 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X4 965. I'm getting frame rates under 12.

Most often overlooked is the video card. Are you using onboard video? Or are you using a video adapter on PCIe? If you are using onboard video, forget about it. No matter how good a chipset is, you will get best results with a dedicated video card.
Start from there. If you are using a video card, what kind and how much memory is on it? What kind of graphics chipset are you using?
It'll make a world of a difference.

NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS with 1 gig of memory. Thanks.
