News comment editing is broken.

I posted a news comment which contained forum code and formatting, then discovered I had forgotten how to count, and so had to edit my comments.

In the editor, the formatting was displayed in its parsed form, and when I posted the corrections all formatting was lost.

Reformatting in the editor seemed to fix the problem, but I wasn't about to track down those URIs again...
