I've stopped making resolutions I know I won't keep, so for next year my resolution is easy and attainable:

Spend time with great friends riding great coasters.

Sig under construction!

I need to witness to people about christ more and not be afraid of getting bad mouthed for it. Oh yeah I also want to ride #16.

(cliche) Lose weight (/cliche), and give extra weight to Den who seems to want it :)

Become gainfully employed again and/or get my own business off the ground (being out of work seems like fun, but it sucks. Big time.)

Spend more "quality" time with wife and family.

Oh, coaster-related, get K'nex coaster #3 built sometime before '04.

Actually, I have tired of hearing about resolutions, mostly due to the fact that that means the Y will be overloaded with people who think a specific day will prompt them into getting into better shape. It's all in your mind, folks. I was unhappy for years, and then a while back, decided to work out hardcore, and finally I am seeing results, and it is fun as well. Now, I wish I hadn't waited so long.

*steps off soapbox* :)

If the new year promotes health, and general welfare, well................. then rock on! Happy New Year to all of you. .... oh, and I still want to be an even better lover. ;)

Here is a question for you. Why is there always an ice cream shop right next to a Weight Watchers-type office? We have a Jenny Craig and an ice cream store right next door. Go figure!

It's called *product placement*....;)

edit: Den, that was me, until I hit 30....

Rob, I'm *sure* that's not even possible...;)

My resolutions are to stop procrastinating (sp?) in school, excerise more to get in shape for track, and to beg my girlfriends parents from making her move to Kansas.

Edit: And also to have a track record of 60 coasters by '04.

Trust me you have plenty of time to find another one! Although you may not want to. The likelihood that you will marry her however is slim.

As for my resolution....looks like I am gonna go with the flow here....Lose weight. I want to be able to ride Scooby's Ghoster Coaster at PKI as well as #16.

Hmm - if anything I should gain weight. I just ate a plate full of pizza and a 3 Musketeers. That's pretty much how I eat every meal. Yet I'm 5'10" and I've weighed about 130 since I was in high school 8 years ago.

Den, be careful, it *might* come to bite you in the azz. Anyone that knows me knows I'm rather thin (see pic), but in the last few months, all everyone says to me is "My! You're gaining weight!" I'm pretty much afraid to step on a scale now as I can feel the "Jockey's" getting a little tighter. :)

I too am not into resolutions per se but my challenges for 2003 include restricting the growth of the beer gut, reordering finances to prepare for a house, and to ease back on cussin. Coaster related, to make it to TPFKAJ (The Park Formerly Known As Jazzland), which should be taken care of in late June :)

c'est tout

I believe I have you beat. I'm 5'10" and I've weighed about 110 lbs. for the past two years! I still have time though, I'm still a young little high-schooler.

To make new friends both in coastering and not and to keep those friends for a long time....well, most of them........

5' 10" and 110?? Do you have worms? Man...that's thin.

I remember being 17, 5' 9" and 145, and trying to put on weight like a mother. Now, I'm 25, 5' 10" and 185, and I can't lose weight for anything. Oh well.

I'd love to hit 100 coasters, but I'm not sure if that will happen. I'd love to be the best husband I can be. I'd love to spend less time online, and more time in the gym. Oh, yeah, more money, too.

No swearing at all. Hey, I did it *sucessfully* in 2001, I can do it again, right?
Going to SRM, meeting some friend and riding coasters. I already am in shape:)

This is the year I make my comeback into the music world. My new roomate and ex-bandmate are starting to write and record more music together. We have been creating our sound and instrmentation within the last month or so. It isn't really a "resolution" but it is my plan for the year.

That and my plan to work on other creative projects.

I hope to stick with and enjoy my new job as it pays incredibly well. I hope I don't start hateing it. I can really use the $2500 monthly bonus checks.

AND...I would also like to start up my own coaster website featureing pics I have taken in recent years. I need my roomates help with that one, seeing that he is a geek and all.

AND...I need to stop being so long winded:)
