New SFGAm Map

Ok, so it's not their official 2001 map, but I attempted to add DeJa Vu and Vertical Velocity to it. I know there are a few imperfections (DeJa Vu is backwards and looks like crap, lol) and Vertical Velocity is in the area I thought it would be, but others think it may be turned different ways. What do you think?

looks good! Don't you wish they actually had scaled maps? , then your coasters could be bigger.

Looks good though!
Yeah, it's hard to make them in cartoon type maps, but I tried my best ;)

Cooool :)
However, I think both spikes of V2 will be over water because it is longer than that peninsula is wide.

Good job! :)

Hey Glitch, nice job, but you forgot the Tidal Wave! :) I am so excited for my home park. I just miss the Sky Whirl. :(

An unnerving stillness in the woods of southern Indiana beckons for you on May 11th.....
Tidal Wave? D'oh...sorry for my stupidity, but what's that? hehe

Also, notice that I moved Whirlgig to it's new spot, almost can't tell can you? :)

Pretty good job Glitch01. I like it, and the new rides you put in don't look too bad. I wonder what the official SFGAm 2001 map will look like?

Kool Drawings of Dejavu and Vertical Velocity. Great job Glitch01.

Thanks all! To try to much the design of the other coasters, I simply copied some piece off of Raging Bull on that map and colored them to the right tone and layed them out where the should be. Of course, before doing that, I had to carefully cut out the things in the coasters way and fix it up with the right path color. Also, DeJa Vu's loop is a copied Shockwave loop :)

Paint Shop Pro is very handy!

Probably much better than mine ;)

Then again, did you see how bad they made Raging Bull in that map!

Not bad Glitch01. Maybe you should submit this to SFGAm. They might use it. Who knows? Maybe royalties?

I really had thought about it, but the map I did it on is very bad quality (the crease mark down the middle, and the fuzziness the whole thing has). After all, they are a very large company, I bet they would probably just laugh at my attempt...who knows, hehe.

What was that, Photoshop? If so, Did you duplicate the swings or "rubberstamp" them?

Good job! This gives me a good perspective of where the new rides are.

Thanks.

Good job. I'm glad someone tried to do this. It is way better than mine would have been.

I used Paint Shop Pro 7, and I simply cut around the swings, copied it, and then pasted them over the Batman car. Turned out to look pretty good, I thought :)

Hey Glitch, how much does that program sell for? Or did it come with your computer?
Map looks great. The only thing I would like to point out is that they will not have that bridge there and everyone will have to go though South West Territory. It is Six Flags Great America's attempt to keep the park in a circle, now a gigantic circle.

When does the park close??
