Maybe it could be the color of the track for Six Flags New England's new B&M coaster. If it were heading up north, then it could be going to Massachusetts.

Could it be going to SFGAdv? They seem to like B&M coasters.

Nitro: The Most Explosive Coaster on the Planet explodes at Six Flags Great Adventure in 2001.
Didn't they just get Nitro this year, one of the most expensive B&M's ever? SFNE dosn't even have a B&M but they just announced they would get one for 2002, so I would say the most logical park it would go to is SFNE.

I've got laser eyes, and I know what you're thinking. It comes to no surprise, the Christmas lights are blinking.
If the track was actually for a new B&M it would be unlikely that it would be on the D.C. betlway unless it was headed to SFA or PKD. B&M track is fabricated in Ohio. This means that there are only a couple of parks that it would make sense for it to be headed to on the D.C. beltway. One other slight bossibility is that the track could be headed to Consign AG or Logical Systems both near D.C. These are the folks who make the controls for B&M. Maybe they needed a section of track for some sort of test.
Then again, it may have been a different type of track. It can be hard to exactly identify different brands of track as they go by quickly in traffic.

The one thing that gets me is the theme for SFA's 2002 coaster is supposed to be a MR. Freeze theme. As far as I know the existing MR. Freeze shuttles have a blue paint scheme not green.Maybe SFA has changed the theme perhaps it will be a Riddlers Revenge clone. If anyone spots any track at SFA just let me know.
This is killing me! SFA has no clearance to add a coaster for 2002. how can you be so assured that not only has the theme been decided, but that anything whatsoever is actually being built for 2002?
Yes they have received "preliminary" approval for several new rides, but, "BUT" nothing can be built till the county approves it! And the county has approved NO such rides...for 2002
