Everybody relax!! I was speaking of my own personal observations. As for people asking if I've rode any B&M inverters the answer is yes. My favorite used to be Raptor, unitl I rode Batman at Great America. I was totally blown away by its intensity. I have not had the privalage of other B&M inverteds but look forward to the day I can ride more. Let me also clarify why I made my comments. I'm basing them on observations of another recent Intamin installation. I forget the name but it's the new inverted in Europe somewhere. According to the review I read of it, it said that there were a few slow spots. Now this is only one opinion but this is what I based my comments on. I also know someone who has ridden Monte Makya and they said there were quite a few slow spots. This ride is obviously of similar design. Also I know size does not matter. My favorite used to be Steel Phantom. It deffinately was not the biggest but it had the intensity I love in coasters. Another of my favorites is Viper at Great America. Again not the biggest but a GREAT ride none the less. As for you guys in Europe you should enjoy what your getting. It's been along time coming. Your also making me a little jealous because things seem to be slowing down over here. Any way like a I said everyone just chill. I wasn't dissing anyone just expressing my view as alot of you do.
Thats looks like a really good and intense coaster. Does anyone know what kind of restraints it will use? I hope they build something like that in the United States.

Here is what the trains will look like.  This coaster was made by Intiman with the exact same layout in 1998 except without the last two barrel rolls.

I love this pic: http://www.extremerides.co.uk/construction/thorpe/111001/index.html

It reminds me of Ultra Twister.

OMG!!!!!!! im drooling
i hope the ride is smooth or else it wil be ruined
those barrel rolls make me wanna get up and JUMP for joy!

I am go glad now that more people are starting to appreciate this coaster. Nearly everyone said it was gonna had a bad design because of the 5 inlines, and was a cheap stunt at breaking the record, and I was the one actually saying to people, Wait for the Pictures and reviews(when open) to come in before making judgements like that.
Now that there are some pretty good pics around(Some of which I think are amazing) Its nice to see people changing their minds and opinions about this coaster. Also those Inline Twists do not look boring, Look at how they are built, They are totally different to what I imagined they would be, I personally think we are in for one Truely awesome Ride. That Bunny Hop looks great after the loop, and should deliver some good AIR.

Also, as you may have seen from the pics, 9 of the 10 inversions are up, with the 10 and final one Not far off. I wouldnt be suprised if we see pictures of a full circuit between Saturday and Monday???? *** This post was edited by PaulD on 10/11/2001. ***

I sorry the picture of Monte Mayaka won't come up.  But I've been on the ride and it has three barreld roll in a row and they were awsome!  I bet 5 in a row would be OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!! (also the ride was that rough at all)
That does look small for a coaster but it also looks like a very intense ride.

17 Parks In the 2001 Season! 105 Coasters in Track Record.
Intamin is proving who the king of coaster design is once more.

I sure do hope that this coaster is officially un-named, atleast after it's third name. The first one fit, sounded good, and was original.

Then came along Odyssey, and, worse yet, Colossus.

Now, I'm just patiently awiting Intamin's first above-track looping coaster here in the US.

-----------------

There is just something about the mix of the three types of Intamin track that makes this coaster look really really good...

The renforced square track for the cobra roll vs. the flat for the barrel rolls.

That's one of the things I always liked about Millennium Force, the mixture of track types. Just looks cool.. different...

Before anyone gets a bit confused, Let me make it quite clear to people that Colossus or whatever the final name will be, will actually have 4 Inline Twists in a row, After the 4 Inline's there will be a Final Turn followed by 1 more inline Twist, and then there will be The Final Brake Run. I know pretty much everyone does know about this, but there does still seem to be a few people who think the ride wil actually have 5 inlines in a row when it actually wont.

Just wanted to make it Clear:)
