New Inversion Idea

Half Barrel Roll, Half Corkscrew. That would feel weird!

Raptor @ Cedar Point has something along those lines..right after the corkscrew I think. :)

Nyke:

Well sorta, it's a Half Loop, then Half Corkscrew, then another half corkscrew in the opposite direction then another half loop diving towards the ground.

That's a Cobra Roll you are thinking of. What I mentioned I am pretty sure has not been done.

How about this:

Half Loop going downward towards the ground. Then what probably would seem like inches from the ground a long straight stretch of track going back the opposite way to finish the element by half corkscrewing and what I would call a "slanting" track element.

I don't think I made much sense there:)

No, he's not talking about the cobra roll, he's talking about the inversion right before the helix finale. It fits the half barrel roll, half corkscrew.

An idea would be like barrel rolling down a hill where you would go upside down the whole way down. Another idea is like a regular loop, but instead of exiting the same direction you entered you would exit downward towards the ground.
