I still say there is a way to incorporate a true barrel roll into a ride one were the caste actually says at the same level all the way through and just rotates around it's longitudinal axis.
Been there, done that, took the picture.

a wooden suspeneded coaster wouldn't work. Wooden rollercoasters are great because "wood" is all around you. If you make a wooden suspended it would defeat the purpose.------------------

And why wouldn't it work? What do you mean by "wood" all around you? It doesn't matter if there is, if it's made of all wood, it's a wooden coaster. How can it defeat the purpose......What purpose are you talking about?

You couldn't inspect it because you couldn't calculate the point of gravity on the heartline and such would *could* be different on every person depending on weight and hieght. Thererfore it wouldn't pass inspection of being safe...

As for RCT2K's brilliant analysis of the "free 4D" I can't really understand what you're saying because your English isn't all that great, but if you're saying what I think you're saying, the ride can be designed with tolerances that would accomodate any possible position of the seats. It's not hard. Just look at any flat ride.
