See, I think if you're looking to make money from "folks like us", you've already screwed the proverbial pooch. There's simply not enough of us to make a viable business model. My thinking is that you either: attract locals like every other park out there besdies The Mouse, or you perish. Honestly, while I'd love for the park to become a thriving concern, I don't see that happening unless they're planning on another slow year in '09 (and financially equipped to handle at least one more down year).

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)

This is amazing.

The Baker Leisure Group is the same organization that was hired by the new owners of Cypress Gardens to manage the park back when they bought it in bankruptcy court from Kent Buescher. They let them go just after like 9 months because they didn't like their approach. But, from what alot of us have read, Baker knows how to run parks so CG dropped the ball and now you see what is happening at CG.

I wish Baker would have purchased CG also.

I know it's sort of off-topic, but it does connect in some ways.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.
