New forum section...
I think there should be a forum section that is designated for people who want to get to know eachother and see what other things they have in common besides coasters...whenever someone posts something like "is anyone else gay", "is anyone else a minority" for example, it gets deleted. What does everyone else think?

I think that it would save Jeff a lot of work having to delete stupids forums and also it does make sense. But this is a roller coaster site so. It could go either way.

true that it is a rollercoaster site...and i do understand that perspective...but most people aren't as into coasters as the people on this site, so it makes it hard to find people on other forums that have the same interest. I dunno..it's like a common ground we all share...it woudl be cool to also see what other things people like, along with coasters. For example, music, sports, gay/straight, etc.

OT forums suck! Trust me, they do... There are a few desisions that I once made that I regret... (such as moderating an OT forum)

I agree, I know this site is made for coasters, but people (like me) want to know who I am talking to, get to know them a little better. If this were to happen, we would still talk about coasters!
