Maybe 7 is a bit high on an overall list, but I can say it is definitely the third best wooden coaster Ive been on with only Voyage and Outlaw Run topping it.
I just nabbed American Thunder this weekend and didn't find anything remarkable about it. Not to say it was bad, but it was pretty much as middle of the pack a GCI as you can imagine.
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
Prowler is FAR and away my favorite GCII *ride*, and my favorite parts of White Lightning are those that are reminiscent of Prowler.
Lightning Racer, while not really that intense as far as the coaster(s) themselves, is one of the greatest attractions in the country - esp. at night.
I'm glad to see that Prowler finally made the list. I have not ranked my list but it is definately "Among the best roller coasters I've been on" if not the best.

Good to know. Since, out of those three, I've only been on Stormrunner, I must not be missing much.

Wrong. SkyRush >>> just about everything everywhere.

That's why they make chocolate and vanilla brah.
I can see why someone would like Skyrush more, though. I'm a big fan of launched coasters.

Never had chocolate brah. Always wanted to.

Renegade has joined the ranks this week at 36. Also, GateKeeper got a nice jolt, climbing four spots to number 34.

I think Thunderhead and Intimindator swapping spots around Phoenix at the top of the list is a pretty interesting move. You usually get weekly jostling lower on the chart, but a switcheroo in the top 10 is something.
I'm more surprised that Intimidator at Carowinds ranks so highly.
After Saturday, I bumped my Diamondback rating up a little bit. That's a fun ride. I didn't like the back seat this time, though - it bounced around quite a bit in the valleys.
To me, Diamondback is miles above Intimidator. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid ride, it's just not top 10 or even top 20 for me.
I find Behemoth a tick above Diamondback and Intimidator. Looking at the list, some other seem to agree. (a small tick)

I don't get the indifference some people have for Intimidator at Carowinds. I really liked it.

I really like it too. I just don't think it's as great as a lot of coasters that are behind it in the top 100. It is a run of the mill B&M hyper, IMO.
Having said that, I do shoot down to the park just to ride Intimidator and Top Gun.
