New Coaster for Port Aventura, almost 4D?

Am I the only one who isn't impressed by this design?

Seems like a lot of work in designing new cars for a ride that will be, at best, like the floorlesses or inverts that B&M's been making for years.

I hope that video is not the real layout for the ride, yawn!
This video indicates it's going to be the fastest in Europe.

TTD without a tophat maybe?

With Arrow's structural problems with the 4 outside seating, not sure how well this thing will hold up if it's going to be pulling some heavy G's in the turns.

I think in the future if the coaster not that thirilling they could make the seats rotate to make it a better ride.

I think you misunderestimate the amount of engineering that would need to go into that.

^ But imagine the possbilities if you could "lock" the seats OR have them rotate freely (the wingwalker design would seem to have that *potential*). There's a feature parks might be willing to pay extra for...

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)

I don't like the idea of freely rotating seats on a coaster. Controlled rotations, yes. Free spinning... heck no.
Maybe they could put a little computer in the trains so the can program the movements for the seats.

That would be a engineering and maintanence nightmare. Think about all the trouble with the Vekoma flyers and that was just to keep the seats in one position.

On board control systems = bad news.
