I agree with Pagoda, "Fury" would be a good thrill ride name. 325 could be degrees of an angle or anything really. Not going to get my hopes up for a giga-coaster until there is more to speculate off of then just a name.
But since people are guessing I'm saying Soak City gets a new 325' drop water slide.
Gator, it will be the first B&M Giga in the U.S., but not the first.

More mindless speculation:
Beekeeper teaser + aqua-colored B&M track coming out of the plant in Ohio + return of the Charlotte Hornets NBA franchise all suggest the new Carowinds ride will have some kind of tie-in with the local sports team.
Curious if we'll see a similar pro sports synergy tie-in with the Mantis refurb at CP. Someone at Cedar Fair must think these partnerships make sense. Certainly a lot of people love their sports teams.
While I don't personally relate to sports, and I don't quite understand why other people do, I do accept that there are people who love sports. Because of that, I think it makes sense to tie popular sports stuff into a roller coaster theme.
In other words, I understand why it would be done, but I will not get excited about it.

Blackie - thanks, I somehow missed that on Screamscape.
A Mantis upgrade for CP would be a great thing regardless of the theme. Floorless trains have been rumored since, what, 1998 it seems? I know the peanut gallery has always said it wouldn't work because the heartlines of the trains would be so different, but I'd be willing to be a test dummy regardless.
Dark blue and purple can look pretty similar in certain conditions. :-)
Perhaps things changed or they're just intentionally messing around since the name is about the only surprise left at this point (another example - the coliseum references could be for Centurion or a reference to the Charlotte Coliseum where the original team played), but I'll be surprised if there isn't some connection with the Hornets. And if you think naming a coaster after a sports team is goofy, don't forget Cedar Fair already set the precedent in 1964 with Blue Streak.
Guess we'll see in a few days!
