question1. You will never see lap bars on a an Arrow corkscrew(style) coaster.
Question 2. The virginia reel has been surfacing for years, with no reel(sic) interest from a buyer. a prototype was built in the Arrow yard years ago. it produced extreme nausea in the free spinning mode. I dont know if they got around to putting rotation limiters on it or not. could it be built? possibly, would it be a good ride? who knows, is there a park interested? there's been a handfull of inquiries, but no buyers.
I love when people make up answers to get attention and attempt to be an insider. He has no proof so get over it.
Not to mention no one cares about Arrow... :)

My names no one then. Arrow made coaster into what they are. I hope the continue doing so in the future. Some people do care so just sit back and worry about whatever you do. I'd be devastated to see the company stop building coasters. The designers they have left are some of the best in the world. X is a great example! But like every prototype it has problems. Which they've done and are doing a great job of fixing.
