New AIR Video! - CoasterBuzz

I find it amusing that even in this video they dont show the second tunnel, Wardley sure is keeping us guessing as to what this "water" element is. Or have I been so out of the loop that it's already been announced and I just wasnt paying attention? Ohh well, I get a headache just watching those trains lock up into the Flying position, uhhhg. I guess B&M made something with forces, the loading mechanism. Personally, I'm more impressed with SUF. Time will tell though...

Yea that is so great how the train brings you to the flying postion, a lot better then Vekomas models.

I guess I'm just a minority around here, but B&M rides are becoming less and less impressive as time moves on.

Great Video that, finally we get a excellent look as to how we will exactly be lifted into the Flying Position, looks very good indeed.
I will be at Alton on Saturday to ride AIR, so providing I get some free time at the weekend, Look out for a review in the Trip Reports section :)

That video looks awsome. I am so happy i live 45 minutes to SFOG and can go their whenever I want. I think flyers are going to be a big hit in the future.

WOW.... that ride looks great , I found vekomas trains... comfortabel but it kinda bothered my shoulders a bit.... But these cars look like a flying machine.... pun intended.... I hope more of these coasters are built but not too much as the inverted coaster which sprung up at every sixflags park...

This makes me drool. I can't wait for the S:UF cloning to begin, because I'm sure SF will do most of that. Then almost everyone here in the US can ride it, considering not everyone can make a trip to Atlanta or England... Oh well, until some place around here gets one, I can just drool at the POVs that are going to be comming out in the next couple months. I can't wait for someone to come up with a full-ride POV.

Hey, look, I have a signature now! Even if it is only Yatta...

Those lifts that bring up the seats must be very powerful, thats a lot of weight to bring up. Also what happens if the train gets stuck on the lift hill, how do you get the people off, cause on the video it appeared that there was no floor under the lift hill.

The theming for AIR is still not fully complete. The park still has landscaping to do. By the end of the year, the ride should be a complete package.

Don't worry Nate. I feel exactly the same. I enjoy rides on B&Ms. I don't want people to think I'm one of those that sucks b/c it does people. I just don't find B&M an ooo and ahh company. Kumba is the only B&M that has made me loose my mind to put it a certain way. I hesitate to use the word overranked when talking about B&M. But its my simple opinion- I'm not preaching here.

I know B&M flyers are new and haven't been experienced in the US, but I look at its design and that video and say "Uhh cool, that looks... promising, I guess... oh well." I hope to have a chance to ride SUF this June. But for right now, its not something I'm going to loose sleep over.
