From what I remember S&S mentioned this at IAAPA in 2004, that they would be building a 4D in Japan and that it would feature a full - full, similar to X's half - half.
Regardless, I'm excited to see another one of these being built!
The mention of the 4D in Japan can be found in this IAAPA report:

Sounds good to me!

Not much new but much better quality and gives more of a layout idea. its certainly not an X clone but its not far off by the looks of it.
Edit: i do apologise just noticed someone at freizeitpark nabbed them again before i could post here :) they are fast.
Anyway scroll down on the link above to see some layout guesses and X comparissons
Edit 2: forgot to upload this one

What were the bugs in the first one?
I never got to ride X. I was going to before I moved out of Cali but it's openning was delayed so I missed it and have not been back yet.
After opening late, it ran for a few months and then was down the whole summer. It reopened and still experienced severe downtime, which it still fights with today. I believe it still has to be shut down all day every Wed. for work to be done.
On top of that, capacity is a huge issue. I hear it still runs around 400pph. That's about 1 third of what I think most parks would want as the bare minimum for a flagship ride.
(Actually, Fujiyama was a people mover, and Dodopa was launching very regularly. The park has some low-capacity rides, but the crews were definitely trying when we were there.)

What are the actual bugs?

"Higher, faster and with more ride elements" is what Quin Checketts promises for the Japanese version."
Looking at the Raven turn, it's definitely smaller than the one on X.
So that means it either happens later in the ride.. or...
the ride is smaller than X (which I finde more probable).
On the other hand, I guess X's height would yield more momentum than is used during the ride installed at SFMM - so it probably could still be longer than X.

Since most asian parks are required a walking platform around the track layout, I wonder what we will see here...
That clearly is not the case, considering the following list of B&Ms in Asia have no track platforms.

I agree, judging from the footers and description, it looks and sounds very much like the Delirium layout minus the underground tunnel:

Luckily someone archived it from Arrow's old website:
Too bad it won't have a vertical drop :o(
Just a thought....then again, I have NO idea what other changes might have been made, so.... ;)
It will either feature the Delirium sequence or, as the pictures might suggest, an inverted lift which will lead directly into the half-loop drop.
