My membership expired??

Hmm...tried to access my normal club.coasterbuzz.com link this morning and I got a message that I had to log in and that my account had expired! The problem with that is I renewed earlier this month (saw the charage on my credit card!) so I should still have access. Is there a problem?

For some reason your card was charged and a card was issued, but your member record didn't get updated. It's all good now.

Do we (or can we) get a notification prior to our club membership expiring? I'd hate to have to use the "regulars" site, lol.....

I'm not going to spam people like that. I didn't ask people for permission to e-mail them on the subject, so I'm not going to send them mail. When the club site stops working for you, you'll get the idea. ;)

I found out last night, you get a cool little "membership expired, renew here" page. Renewal is essentially immediate, no problems encountered.

Yep, got the same thing today also. However, when I used my Master Card which expires in 2003, it rejected it saying it was expired. So, I proceeded to the Visa account and voila!! It worked.

Jeff, can you check to make sure I wasnt billed twice?

Sorry if this has been answered already, but to renew do you have to pay by credit card? I remember I paid by check when I first joined the club, and I'd like to renew, but don't have a credit card right now.

My goodness what an outdated form of payment....why not just send Jeff 20 bucks worth of beads, or better yet, wampum....I'm not picking on MF or anyone else, just realizing that WHEN I get a check from someone (even my Uncle Sam), it tends to sit sround for weeks or months waiting for me to get my lazy butt to a bank....thanks goodness for Direct Deposit and ATMs...

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that. rollergator, I feel the same way about checks, the only reason that I asked if I could use them is because I don't currently have a credit card and really can't think of any other way to pay. In fact, whenever I get a check from somebody, it takes forever for me to get to the bank and cash it.
