My 1 visit Hypersonic Closed

When I go to parks that are far away I usually plan a 2 day trip so this doesn't happen. Although sometimes it does happen.

Don't Fight it, Ride it, RAGING BULL!
It is just a matter of luck with Hypersonic. I have had 3 bad experiences with it and 3 positive ones. The 3 bad ones were early in the season, and the good ones were just recently.

It is getting better. I saw huge improvements with it the last time I was there. The two trains were rollin'! It was only down for about 2 hours the entire 2 days I was there. The wait time was only half of what it had been in March/April. It has it good days. We must not overlook that.

By this time next year, things should be smoothed out for the most part. Don't form a permanent impression yet. It is too soon.

That happened to my friends with Titan on june 26,2001 . They were mad ! I was too cause I wanted to ride it.

Titan laps :10
When i went to BGT, I wanted to ride Montu so badly because it looked awesome and it got rave rewiews. When I get there I found out that it was closed because they were painting it. I was in Florida a week, and it wasn't opened at all. It opened the day after I left. I was so mad, but I think i am going back in October.
i have a season pass to PKD and i always see 2 trains on the track, and 2 trains on transfer tracks. does anyone know why they arent running all four trains? if u look, they have places to load people onto 2 trains at the same time to boost capacity but they dont. does anyone know why?
I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that they either haven't been able to get the launch sequence going fast enough for more trains, or they have a problem with getting the controls certified for more trains. The original design called for launching a train every 30 seconds. This is an incredible rate at which to dispatch coaster trains. Only Wild mice compete with this speed of dispatch. PKD is currently only launching a train every 90 seconds.
I went to ride the Bat at PKI and it was always closed. Maybe that's why I think the Bat was a piece of junk.
MillenniumForce04, when did you go to Cedar Point?

Awesome quote. When NBC showed "The Rock" on NBC, instead of ****, they put date. It was hilarious:)

I don't see what is the big deal with Hypersonic XLC. It looks very short.

Not to be picky, but I'm pretty sure the quote goes, "Losers always whine about their best." The rest is fine. :)
Yes, Hypersonic is very short. It's over before you can catch your breath. It's a one trick pony. However, that's some trick!
MillenniumForce04, I just came back from Cedar Point they had all three trains running on each coaster when did you go?

hey, all you have to do is think of what could go wrong and be prepared for it. when i went to SFWOA a month ago i was thinking i wasnt going to get on all 10 of there coasters as well as not getting on x flight. before i went i made the decision to still go if i didnt get to ride 2 of there big 4. well when i went there i wasnt disapointed that everything was closed like it always is. i got on all 10 coasters at least once. i was a bit disapointed with how the rides lived up to there hype but i was very pleased with batman. all in all it was a great trip though. just think of what bad could go wrong and you wont be disapointed.

It believe it is all just because the coasters are new! They haven't gotten all the bugs worked out yet. I have to agree how upset you feel.We went to SFOT Wed July 25, I was just so pumped- looking s forward to riding The Titan, I had been waiting since its April opening. We only got as far as the line to go in to the parking lot and saw the sign that Titan was closed. Terrible disapointment- got that big sad lump in my throat and wanted to just boo hoo!! We went through the parking gates and just came home! We figured we would try it the next day! We came back the next day and Titan still closed, went in to the park anyway cause I figured I might as well get my rush on the other coasters- and just hope they would open Titan! Well my wishes came true, after numerous tests that day-they finally had it opened, got to ride it around 4:15, rode it three times that night! Hoping by next year the bugs will be worked out and Titan will be working great! I just hear to many stories on the new coasters breaking down, we gotta hang in there and hope for the best for the follwing year( not easy-I know)or just pray the day we go to the park- our coaster is up and running!
