MXC: Amusement Park Team

Did you all see the one they filmed at US/IOA with Tony Hawk?? It was pretty good. Instead of Japanese people they had crazy "White Folks"...lol. Also, every Thursday at 10PM there is an ALL NEW episode on. Be sure to tune in.

See you on the Rails.
The best thing I ever saw on that was this one guy that tried to do a back flip before competeing in Sinkers and Floaters. He landed right on the top of his head. I must have laughed for half of the show. I think that may have been the funniest thing I ever saw in my entire life.

I just wonder how many broken bones, sprains, and other injurys happened on MXC. It had to have been alot. *** Edited 7/1/2004 10:55:54 PM UTC by coasterpunk***

Right on, coasterpunk. And what made that really funny was Guy LaDouche's interview with him afterward, to which he responds "I've got blood in my stool!".

It's the sight gags that first attract you, but the dialogue keeps you coming back.

To being an "us" for once - instead of a "them".

Best. Show. Evar.

The actual original Japanese show itself is a bit different from the overly-dubbed American version. There are no teams. You know how at the beginning there are a few dozen people? Well each event eliminates x number of people, until there is one single winner.

I think I like the silly competing teams they pit against each other. Lumberjacks vs. Educators.

And my favorite moment was during the American "Tony Hawk" edition, during the "jump from spinning log to spinng log" event. "Well here's his problem... he fell!"
