Overrated: Magnum,Mantis(but everyone still loves these cause there at CP)
Underrated: First off to be overrated the ride must of had a lot of praise and for underrated it has to have not a lot of attenion drawn to it. Second of all who ever said the 2 B&M sitdowns(Hulk and Kumba) are overrated they are just wrong. Alright for underated: BKF, Grizzly,and ROAR(SFA)
This thread has gotten boring... There must be a better way to appreciate rollercoasters than this.

B&M Aaron, why am I "just wrong" about Hulk? It recieves many accolades, and appears near the top of many lists. I didnt think it was that great, good, but not great tell me why I was wrong offline at scrunch17@hotmail.com. I'm interested in your position but dont wish to bore the others.

the most underrated coaster is vortex at PCW. this has got to be the best suspended coaster ever produced. it is awesome.
the most overrated is that waste of steel the magnum. these days, it is the most painful coaster in existence, even more than the psyclone at SFMM.
That's funny, because it is still rated the Best Coaster in the World.

Magnum still being #1 shows the loyalty toward this coaster more than anything else. And it's his opinion, if the entire world loves Magnum that does not mean his opinion is invalid.

Overrated - Millennium Force. It's a big drop... nothing more. I'll stick to the freefall towers for that.
Underrated - Son of Beast. If you people would get the thoughts that a ride has to be silky smooth in order to be good, a lot more people like this ride.
Overrated-SonoftheBeast...Horrible allaround, loop was the only best part.
Underrated-Legend, nowhere near as big and fast as SOB, but is more intense than SOB will ever be.

Overated: Mantis and Thunderbolt
Underated: King Cobra, Vortex, Georgia Scorcher
OR: Raging Bull. The first drop is good but the rest isn't too good. The brakes on the third hill hurt the ride, not help it.
UR: Viper (SFGA) and Batman: The Ride. On Viper, the air-time is outrageous. Batman, for the first inverted roller coaster, B&M did a really good job.
