Most G's?

Anton never would've put OTSR's on a coaster, would he? thinking that had to be a modification somewhere during the rides history....

Florida needs an Intamin and/or CCI soon...Please!
We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams...

6.7 Gs for MS has come up a lot.

Also circular loops require a significantly higher entry speed than clothoids of the same height. Also the entry & exit of clothoids are of a greater radii than circular ones which means less Gs. Clever hey? :)

Just from the looks of it I'd say the Texas Tornado.

You're mama told you that your not supposed to talk to strangers. Look in the mirror tell me, Do you think you're life's in danger?

I think they say the Chiller at sfgad's pull 5G's. When your on it you feel the G's on the launch and the bottom of the top hat and at the top of the top hat inversion, when your on the Batman side but on the Robin side I think you will pull some good G's during the launch through the cobra roll and on the bottom of the cobra roll. This ride at Playland called the Hurricane pull some high G's.

The Drerier Looping is supposed to pulls the most g's according to many roller coaster books, it's design goese beyond Texas Tornado.

Let me clear a few things up here:

-Texas Tornado is opening at the beginning of the season as planned, it is going thru modification so it can run four trains.

-Moonsault Scrambler wasn't removed to put in Dodonpa or Steel Dragon 2000. They were removed basically because they were Togo pieces of crap. The very tight inversion combined with extreme height(first coaster to max 200 feet, totally wack for a shuttle.) The drop was a pretty sweet sensation, but the headbanging, the tiny inversion taken at rediculous speed, the roughness. The ride had to many problems. What would you think of taking a rusty head banging Venkoma Boomerang and adding 100+ feet to the spikes? The word is not cool, it's ouchy-mama!

Didn't the CBC used to pull something around 11 G's? Yes, it is sustainable, a pilot without a G suit or any other type of protection sustained 11.6 G's without special training for high G operations.

Hey Vertigo...I am assuming you rode Moonsault Scramble??? I didn't feel that way at all. I have to say it was the most insane, slow backwards climb to the top that I have ever ridden. It took so long, and it really put the fear of God in me. The back seat was just up sooooo high, you could feel your nose getting ready to bleed. What it reminded me of was some of the rides I built on RCT. You know when you first start building and you make super extreme rides? You know...the ones that have 250 ft drops into 12 corkscrews??? That is MS....totally! Love(d) it!!!

Another coaster with high g's is MF. I almost blacked out one the first overbanked turn after the first drop. Does anyone know how many g's MF's turn is in comparison to Texas Tornado and Mindbender

i don't feel like putting anything here

The Invertigo's pull 5g's in the vertical loop. They were on the Ed Markey hitlist released a few years ago.

The word "definitely" is definitely the most misspelled word on the buzz.

Two Face at SFA is said to pull 5Gs in the loop...goin thru it backwards, sitting in the seat that faces out into the cobra roll in the station, you REALLY feel those Gs...ive gotten quite dizzy riding that thing...love it:) also, the first helix on SROS at SFA, and the helix on Shockwave at PKD..both of those elements always get me :)

Tim (who is awaiting the coaster that can render him "temporarily unconscience" from too many positive Gs:)

ROLLERCOASTERS....BETTER THAN OXYGEN BABY!!!!!!

The Viper/GASM/Shockwave Triplets pull pretty heavy g's in the third loop, I don't know if its the quick succesion or what but man they are wicked.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?

Vertigo,

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think Moonsault was a TOGO ride. Also, according to a friend who called me from SFAW two days ago, there is still no sign of Texas Tornado opening other than the trains being on the track. Weren't they on the track pretty much all last year also?

As for the highest gs I have felt on a ride, that would have to be Texas Tornado. I saw stars for most of the first half of the ride. It was incredible. Sadly though, those restraints (the older ones) prevented me from enjoying the ride thanks to the compression.

I think Face/Off pulls a lot of force also. Especially if you sit in the front (going up first spike backward) in the vertical loop during the return. Millennium Force also has some force, however, it sustains that force during the first curve for a few seconds making it seem stronger than what it actually is. I still gray out sometimes when riding it.

Moonsault Scramble is a Vekoma Design if I am not mistaken.

Does anyone know why Moonsault Scramble clones weren't created? They would have been a much more thrilling alternative to all the cloned Boomerangs. I remember those cool pics they had in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Yeah, I forgot to say that earlier guys, but Moonsault Scramble was built by Meisho. Just a silly ol' Japanese designer! Who woulda thunk it?

You wont black out at 6g unless you have low tolerance for blacking out

The effects for the average man are as follows :

6G - Nose bleeds

10G - Blacks out

14G - Neck Snaps, Death (BUT REMEMBER - THESE ARE ONLY IF THE Gs ARE CONSTANT, A LITTLE 2 OR 3 SECOND SPIKEWON DO MUCH)

The effect of G's depends on duration, body position, seating, and training. Just tensing your leg muscles and grunting can add a G or so to your tolerance.

Want to experience some really high G's, just slip on some ice and fall on your backside. You can get 30 G's or so for a few milliseconds.

Jim Fisher:

I've actually done that...I went sled riding and went over a jump and smashed my back. Knocked the wind out of me (which I am sure most people have done). Not a really good feeling...couldn't breathe for awhile.

Actually I wouldn't reccomend trying it. I have back pains now and I'm only 15.

Meisho is branched off of Venkoma though, and it really doesn't make much of a difference because they manufacter a majority of the same rides except for all those Junior Hyper's(regular sized out and back coasters made of steel basically.) made by Meisho. That was one of the things that I liked about Japan, the common seen coasters weren't punny Galaxi's and regular corkscrew coasters. All the rides seemed improved versions of what we have, from hyper to terrain to your average corkscrew coaster. Even the kiddy coasters weren't just a couple yards of steel thrown on a block, you had the kiddie coasters custom with multi colored pink, peac, and white track and those cute little hello kitty trains(Nasai, you probably know I'm talking about Angel Coaster, that looked so cute.)

Can anyone give me a picture of Moonsault Scramler. I believe I remember seeing it once before and I want to make sure they are the same coasters I am thinking of.
