"I think it is Texas Tornado (they dropped the Taz). It pulls around 6.5 Gs. That's a lot. And Moonsault Scramble no longer exists. It was removed in 1999 and replaced by Steel Dragon 2000."

Where has the magic gone in the name Disney?
I just did a search about this at rcdb. The Schwartzkopf coaster "Taz's Texas Tornado" is the one i heard the has the most. Rcdb sayd it goes through 6.5 G's. But at www.coasterforce.com it said 6.7 G's. Either way thats alot of G's. Right now it is SBNO at SFAstroWorld. Looking at pics of it I think i see why its so intense.

Millennium Force......It has its ups and downs.
I also found a few other coasters that are pretty intense.
-Moonsault Scramble at Fujikyu Highlands- either 6.2 or 6.5, i heard them on 2 different sites.
-Shaft of Terror at Gold Reef City- 6.3 G's
-Double Loop at Fujikyu Highlands- 5.6 G's
-Revolution at SFMM- 4.9 G's
-Mindbender at Galaxyland- 5.2 G's
Some of these coasters are still operating.

Its only for a portion of a second, not enough to usually cause you to black out.

Here's a picture of Taz's Texas Tornado. This thing looks crazy. Rcdb says that it got new trains last year but had problems. It closed down after a few hours of operation during that season.

Peabody....Even though I never experienced it, I have been told by many people in Nagoya that there was indeed a Moonsault Scramble at Nagashima Spaland a few years back. Yes, there was one (that I have ridden) at Fuji-kyu, but it was replaced with Dodonpa. Granted, this is still speculative, but I have spoken to many of my Japanese friends and they assure me that it was there when White Cyclone was built. I believe it was standing where the intra-park parking area is now between the water park and SD2K. The other thing I have always heard was that Steel Phantom was the big G puller. Any ideas?

I think I remember reading in a coaster book (a couple years old now) that listed MindBender at West Edmonton as having the highest g-forces. As noted, it's the DURATION of those forces that makes all the difference, that why we are not all astronauts (and why the legislation of maximum g-forces is just plain stupid, IMO).
SWIMDEJ, I'm pretty sure the flying position makes us more susceptible to the g-forces (maybe since the blood flowing to the brain doesn't have to fight against gravity, just a guess).

Florida needs an Intamin and/or CCI soon...Please!

B&R,
The loops on Tornado seem to extend the g's a bit longer than a clothoid loop does. I rode Torndado a few times back in 1998 and could not believe the force felt in those loops. I actually saw stars every time I rode it.
However, those same forces made the ride very uncomfortable for me. Actually, it was the restraints that caused the problem for me. The restraints that were used when I rode it would apply massive amounts of pressure on top of my shoulders, then keep coming down until I couldn't move anymore. This resulted in my back cracking, and another coaster on my 'few coasters that won't be ridden again' list.
It's too bad because I wanted to ride the coaster some more, but those restraints just didn't work well with me.
