More Coaster Dreams...

Hmmm Gerbil:The Ride

Anyway I can only recall one caster dream. Don't even know what park it was but it was a suspended coaster much like much like a Set Point and everything around the ride was covered in thick layers of foam padding. People boarded the train only to find no restraints. I never rode the coaster instead just watched as people flew off into Supports and the ground only to just get up and walk away.

Spawn already came. I need a new sig.

I had a dream I was riding X and the trains flipped before the drop and my restraint flew open. I was hurled into the air and landed face first on a black, cast iron, spiked fence. I just walked away though.

Another on I had was that I was on an indoor Shwartzkopf looper with corkscrews and inline twists and stuff and it was a great ride but these two people (much like the villians from Rocky and Bullwinkle, what were their names?) anyway, these two people strapped dynamite to the track and I was trying to run out of the building but I couldn't walk because my legs were to heavy and then i woke up.

The last one I can remember right now is that I riding MF and just as i got the the top of the lift, I woke up. I was soooo mad.

Boris and Natasha? I assume we are speaking of the cartoon and not that horrible excuse for a Rocky and Bullwinkle movie.

I had a dream back when Millennium Force was announced. I understood how the elevator cable lift system worked, but in my dream I imagined it differently. It basically was an elevator (like LoCoSuMo). Well, the thing was that the piece of track that was lifted up was balanced on two wires. The weight of the train had to be PERFECTLY even. Well, I was standing on the midway next to the lift, watching the train roll off time, after time, after time, killing everyone. Eventually I thought I'd give it a try and started to walk towards the ride. I woke up somewhere around then. It was little odd, but it sure made for a unexplainable first ride on the real thing. For some reason, I couldn't get the dream out of my head. :p

I had another one where I was in a Flyers snapping contest at PKI. I was not doing bad at all when all of the sudden my flyer tub(number 10, the one I always try to use) broke off and I went flying in the air. Before I crashed I woke up. Not really a coaster dream, but at a park nonetheless.

I had a dream last night about Knotts and Xcellerator, and SFMM. I went to California for a family reunion, and decided to take a trip to LA for a day to hit the parks especially Xcellerator and X. But then as i'm driving by knotts I see that they have Xcelerator torn apart for some reason ( I assumed that they were adding those new braces ) and decided just to hit SFMM instead. On the way there i notice my girlfriend, and go to say hi to her. Some how i end up at some hotel, (not with her. get your minds out of the gutter) and am trying to put my cats into their carry-on cat carrier thingie to go home. about that time my phone rang and i woke up without ever riding any coasters :( It was actually much more involved than that.I do believe that somehow we were able to sneak into knotts, through some hole in a fence, and walk around under some coaster. It was a cool dream. i wish i could remember more of it

Brent, I have business cards from Boris and Natasha...they were my favorites, such kewl accents...

Whenever I dream about parks and coasters, for some reason it's *never* a real park...but for some reason I almost always find a non-looping Anton twisting in and around other rides....:)

Would you just LOOK at what you've done to CoasterBuzz - you're going to have to clean it up ;)

I had two Hamstersd named Rocky and Bullwinkle and two puppies named Boris and Natasha. Go figure.

Tha hamsters died long long ago. I don't know what happened to Boris and Tasha had to be put to sleep a couple years ago. She was such a good dog. She even smiled at ya.

According to last night's dream, BGW is now filled with extremely boring museum exhibits focusing on the ice age and Big Bad Wolf has strangely been replaced by something similar to Rhino Rally. Anyone else see irony in there?

Brent, just the fact that you own hamsters, scares me.;)

Well, I had a coaster dream last night. I think, when it started, I was in an amusement park, near Oblivion. However, the park must have been Cedar Point (with Oblivion about where Wicked Twister is) because I remember thinking, "This might be a dream, so I'd better go see Top Thrill Dragster before I wake up." I did, but decided not to ride it, which was probably a good thing, because something that has happened twice in a previous dream later happened again. I rode a wooden coaster instead. As I was getting into the front row of the first car, the ride op informed me of a "floorless" option (I remember that word coming up). I chose it, and the front of the car hinged down so that it was touching the track. I remember nothing of the strech between leaving the station and the bottom of the first drop. However, at the bottom of the first drop, my lapbar came unlocked! I got it locked again, and the ride continued. Later in the ride, the train derailed! This has happened before in my dreams. I remember landing back on the track, and nothing more of the dream.

"What am I doing?" "OoohwhAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" "I'm hungry like the wolf"- Iron Wolf!
Two nights ago I had a dream about TTD. It was not located at CP and I'm not sure where I was. I got on the Dragster, rode it, and thought it was boring (which I do not). Anyway, usually my coaster dreams involve me riding and crashing at some point. Strangely enough, in my dream, I see the point in the track where I'm about to crash, the train starts to leave the track, and then I'm fastforwarded to after the crash where I am not injured and just viewing the wreckage.

I look over to see CB's own Jeremy "2Hostyl" making some pizzas! We looked at each other and seemed to know who each other was without ever meeting before. He came over and we talked and he said we should order the medium 2Hostyl pizza (which wasn't even on the menu), because it's his specialty. The dream ended and I realize I should have told him he was in the wrong dream.

Ahh, I think that stemmed from the extensive debate we had on here sometime ago about Chicago and NYC pizza. I remember hostyl preaching about the splendor of Chicago pizza.

It took me a while to realise that this was an old topic....hehehe seems like tomfoolery has been here for a while now. Where are chris, bassisisisist and magnumforce anyhow?

Fate is the path of least resistance.

I had a dream that Cedar Point actually cared about wood and tore down some of their metal crap to plant more shade trees. Oh...and also had more wood coasters than metal!!!

Sorry....I just had to.;)

Seriously, I don't remember my dreams too much anymore. The ones I do remember...I'm not going to talk about in a PG rated forum.:):)

LOL! Oh, the sex on a coaster dreams. ;-) I daydream about those anyway.

I can't really recall many coaster dreams, except the ones where you ride naked and it's snowing/raining.

I do recall one dream were a wooden coaster would jump the track, go down a cliff, and land on the track below. Woohoo!

Coaster dreams? Blah.......I like the FLYING dreams!!!!

Tina - with OSTRs its virtually impossible. And with lap bars all you can really do it cop a feel.

Not that I know from experience or anything ;)

Great Tina!! Next time you have that dream let me know...I'd love to join ya.;)

No prob Thrillerman. :-D You may have to take a number though...Orlando Bloom, Ben A., and Brad Pitt usually have exit passes. ;-)

Moosh, that is what dreams are for.....to DO the impossible. Coping a feel doesn't count, not that I have tried that either. ;-)
