Memorable Coaster Commercials...

This year for all Six Flags parks because they use coasters that are really in the park.

Stuntman75, why do we have 9 shots of Medusa EAST in our B:DK commercial then and why did they used an altered shot of X-Flight for Superman:Ultimate Flight?

I am still waiting for the SFOG commercial that shows the real S:UF in it.

I saw a Raptor commercial when it first came out, i was only like 8 though, so I cant really remember it. I wish i could see it. I do remember seeing the Millenium Force commercial. That one was cool.

It was only a fantasy, the wall was too high, as you can see, no matter how he tried he could not break free, and the worms ate into his brain.- Pink Floyd "Hey You"

I liked the Cornball Express commercial last year. It was a old couple like that painting with the guy with the pitchfork next to his wife singing the lyrics of my signature.

You can hear the laughter, you can hear the mighty roar. From the brickyard down in Indy to the white Chicago shore. It's a rollin', twistin', turnin' and might we both suggest. You get you fanny ridin' on the Cornball Express!

I loved the music in the SFGAm commercial last year, like Vertigo said, oooooooo I can touch the sky I can fly so high oooooo, it was awesome and then the zoomed in on V2 and you saw the people flying up the twist genius!

I really remember the commercial for Z-Force at SFoG. It showed the ride in action as it took the dives in a grainy overexposed color film. The background music was "Whip It" and the v/o said "It's not just a ride in the park"

I think it was the Devo that still holds my attention.

Yeah, the Millennium Force commercial was kool. They still have the promo video which has that girls futuristic voice in it and stuff. Not the same as the commercial but it'll still give some fond memories. You can find it here:

Millennium Force Video ........scroll down it's on the bottom right.

The most memorable commercial I saw though was for Six Flags Ohio for their innagural year. That commercial got me and my friend so pumped we went over 25 times that season, lol. Whenever we got sick of the park, we just thought of the commercial and went again.

For those of you who remember, it was the one with that girl singing:

"This is a thrill that's soooo aliveeee".....They had a guy come on saying like "Six Flags Ohio new for 2000 with 4 new coasters."...........Then at the very end that girl came back on saying "Let's Begin"

and the screen went dark and the song ended exactly like "The circle of life" from the lion king. I would die to see that again.

Anyone who lives within marketing range of Cedar Point should know this one...

The kid on the sled in the snow. They usually show this one beginning in August with the line "summer isn't over yet...so get the to Po!nt before it's too late" or something of that sort.

James Draeger
"Make it stop!"
"There goes the body buggy"

Son of beasts commerical was a classic. With the carrage on the top of the lift.

Part of a Flight Attendant's arrival announcement: "We'd like to thank you folks for flying with us today. And, the next time you get the insane urge to go blasting through the skies in a pressurized metal tube, we hope you'll think of us."
