Member info not found's information

"Member info not found's information" is the title for user info for a user who's gotten "The Hammah." Just a heads up on the questionable grammar on that one.

Yes, I've got a basic idea of how that title is generated so I realize it could take more than a couple of keystrokes to fix. Just a note, if you didn't notice already, for the next version.

Personally, I'd add a little artwork to the former IDs of the BanHammer (bleep)-slapped.

Let me get this straight now that I've been learned myself in college.
