Marriage proposal at SFWoA or CP?

lol MI!!!!  Officially, CP does not (or at least did not last I knew) allow weddings.  Unofficially, you see it done fairly often.

DEN said:I don't know about location, but I'll offer you this advice: you better make sure she likes coasters/amusement parks as much as you do. The proposal is all about the woman...

I agree, if she's not a coaster nut you better pop the question in a real creative way.

Anyway here my 2 cents on how to do it.  Make a small but clear enough sign that says Marry Me or Will You... Then go a ride that takes your picture as you come to the camera hold it up.  As you exit and she looks at the screen holding her hand drop to one knee and fininsh it off.

Why don't you do it on a Ferris Wheel at either CP or SFWoA?  Its much more private than doing it in a coaster train filled with people, and probably quieter too [so she'll actually HEAR you and you can hear her answer!].  You can even slip the ride op a small note asking him/her to stop you at the top for a minute or two so you can pop the question.  A $20 tip might convince the op to make that happen.

I also like RagingUSMC's suggestion about the on-ride photo, but that's a bit trickier as you gotta make sure you sit in the front seat so you're not blocked, *AND* you gotta make sure she doesn't notice you getting the sign ready for the camera.

And Den is right....being proposed to is a moment every girl fantasizes about.  What you think is perfect might not be what she's always dreamt of.  Plan carefully!!

Good luck, and congrats ;-)
