Man tackled and arrested for smoking on ride at La Ronde

A 22-year-old man was charged by Montreal Police after being tackled and detained by security guards for smoking on the monorail at La Ronde, a Montreal amusement park owned by Six Flags.

I don't have the stats, but I bet more than 50% of cantonese speakers also speak Mandarin. Clearly the opposite isn't true.

Hell, I've been to Canton dozens of time, and the folks speak fairly adequate English.
