Love Thread: Small Woodies

People like Shivering Timbers better because it is (was) smooth and actually has airtime.

The Comet at Great Escape is the best woody out there.

I think my favorite, just because it was my first wooden coaster, is The Comet at The Great Escape. I also love The Blue Streak at Cedar Point.

I have to go with the Vancouver PNE Coaster. No coaster I have ridden has more airtime. Only Timber Terror at Silverwood comes close.

Im surprised no one mentioned the Georgia Cyclone. At just 95ft, that thing is insane.

I've always been in awe though at how much better the smaller wood usually is. It's almost like you can count on liking them.

Raven,Comet,PNE Coaster,Blue Streak, echo after echo after echo.
