Longest Wait

no1...that 4.5 hour Mean Streak wait was continuous. If you've seen pictures of the MS queue..you'll know it can support a 4 hour line. It was just THAT long...

Either Millennium Force or X-Flight for about 2 hours

Season at SFWoA: 3 Trips, 1 X-Flight, 5 Superman, 4 Batman, 2 Serial Thriller, 8 Villain, 1 Mr. Hydes, 1 Shipwreck Falls, 1 Grizzley Run, and 1 Dodgems!
I have been through the MS que many times, and the most she can hold is 2 hours. I rode MS in 92 or 93 when she debuted, never was the line over an hour.

All you people must be stupid, all you have to do is get to the park when it firsts open and go to the new ride immediately. Last year I got at Cedar Point at 8:50 A.M., they opened the gates at 9:00 A.M., ran back to the Millenium Force, and I was on the third train out of the station for that day. By the way, Cedar Point Started the ride at 9:30, so by the time you ran to the Millenium Force and walked through the queue you were then boarding the train. That day, I then rode Mantis and Magnum all before 10:20. That is 3 major rides in less than 1 hour. Not bad. Anytime you go to an amusement park you must have a very well conceived plan and map out your strategy early on, that way you can really enjoy your day not standing in line but riding rides. For all of you who stood in lines for that long of a time, wake up and smell the coffee, and use your brain a little bit.
Stupid? What if you weren't planning on going that day but just decided as someone had an extra seat/free ticket?

I always plan a strategy going to a park, like on a weekday, get there at opening, then plan coaster hits.

But sometimes you have no choice but to go on a busy day like a sat. Sometimes you can't help it

You're right...I imagined the 4 hour wait. BTW...MS opened in 91. I know from personal experience that it can hold a 4 hour line without breakdowns.

The wait for The Force was never 6 hours

I am Sorry but my best friend and another friend was there when Mill Force opened and he said the wait was 8 hours. I have seen pics of it and it was outside the gates. I have also seen pics of the line by the wilcat and mill force has a lot of queue line and a line that long would be more then a 4 hour wait especially with only two trains. So find some sources other than lies before you say stuff

I always go to Michigans Adventure and the wait for shivering timbers is only about 15 minutes and i was there on the fourth of july weekend. Having the short wait made it an even better ride than it was. I have also waited for raptor for about an hour and i waited for blue streak for about 15 minutes.
2 1/2 hous for X-Flight. The crew was so bad. It kept breaking down andi tok 5-10 minutes to load each train.

Bull rides:41
Batman rides:33
I rode Batman:The Ride at SFoG twice in one day. The first time I had to wait 3 1/2 hours, the second time 2 1/2 hours. All the other rollercoaster were no longer than a 15 or 20 minute wait.

3 hours for nitro
1 hour for batman the chiller
20 minutes for robin the chiller
1 and a half hour for batman the ride
1 hour for scream machine
2 hours for medusa
1 and a half hour for viper
2 hours for rolling thunder"

Too bad that Robin the Chiller, and Viper haven't opened yet this season. And I know for a fact that Nitro's line's never been 3 hours long, unless you got to the park at 8, Nitro didn't open til 11, and you counted that one hour window when *nothing* is open. Rolling Thunder, 2 hour wait? Please! And unless Medusa broke down, I seriously doubt the fact that you waited two hours too...

Aside from all that, The longest the park is open is from 10-10. Doing the math, you spent 11 hours and 20 minutes in line. Riiiight...
Who-ever said that the wait for Millenium Force was 6 hrs is lying cuz I went and it was a busy day and a saturday (the bisiest day) and it only took 1hr and 15min. And I loved the ride!

I waited two plus years for Test Track! It's gonna open....it's not gonna open....it's gonna open....etc.

Really though, I waited 2.5 hours for Iron Dragon the first year it opened. IRON DRAGON. Imagine my disappointment. People were actually yelling from the trains pulling into the station to get out of line b/c it wasn't worth the wait. I should have listened.
