Log In Problem

I write this as a favor to a friend. Her email address is OmlorAL@aol.com, her screen name is Kennywoodgirl, and she can't log on to Coasterbuzz. it tells her she needs to register, but when she tries, it tells her somebody with her address and screen name is already registered (which is true; it's her). It won't recognize her password. it tells her she'll be receiving her password by Email, but she never does.
She's tried using her own computer, my computer, and the library computer. it doesn't matter.
Suggestions ?

If she never gets the password by e-mail then there's a problem at her end. The account exists and the system is in fact sending the e-mail.

On a related note...

Is anybody else here using Safari 1.0b74, and have you been able to log in with it? It worked with 1.0b61, but with 74 it won't log in. Cookies are enabled, the CoasterBuzz cookie exists, and when I visited other discussion boards, I was logged in with my old cookies. I even trashed the www.coasterbuzz.com cookie, and that didn't help.

Anyone? Anyone? This is the most recent build of Safari for OS-X.2.6...

I had the same issue Dave...

It is indeed a problem that stems from cookies and once all of those relating to CB are deleted you should be able to log in. The only trick is to make sure you delete all of them as there is more than one.

Yup, that fixed it. Why Coasterbuzz has two nearly identical cookies, I have no idea. I tossed the two CoasterBuzz and the popw and now it seems to work.

Nuking individual cookies is a lot nicer than throwing out the whole set, what with so @#$! many websites using logins...
