lil' phantom entry

Not sure if this is a typo or if it's spelled that way, but in the data base lil' phantom at KW is listed as li'l phantom.

Technically, both are incorrect so wh'o's count'ing?

The "accepted" form of the CONTRACTED word is....Li'l. WHY that is, is likely because if you did the contraction like others, it would be *li'le*, with the apostrophe accounting for the two Ts....but that would lead to mispronunciation....or so goes my theory...:)

The accepted usage would be how Jeff has it now, "li'l."

The way that it's spelled on the signs in the park is "Lil'."

Niether of those is technically correct, since the first is a contraction of "littl" and the second of "lile."

I guess, technically, it'd be "li'l'?" But then again, I've been drinking.

It'd be a moot point if they'd thought of an original name for the ride. :)
