Life size Titanic replica planned for China with theme park style sinking simulation

A life-sized replica of the Titanic will become the centrepiece of a landlocked theme park in China, featuring a museum and a shipwreck simulation to give visitors a harrowing sense of the 1912 disaster. The Chinese version of "the unsinkable ship", with a price tag of 1bn yuan (£100m) and an expected opening date in 2016, will be built at least 930 miles from the nearest ocean in the central province of Sichuan.

I want someone to create a Poseidon Adventure-themed version of the Starcruiser where guests go to a hotel for three days and on the evening of Day 1 the entire hotel turns upside down and you have to go down to go up and escape through the hull.
Experiences include:
- Karaoke "There's got to be a morning after"
- Climbing the Christmas tree to escape the ballroom
- Underwater swim contest
- Hanging from the valve wheel and trying to avoid falling into the boiler
Can't wait to see the people who cosplay that for the rest of their adult lives.
