Kraken - How long was YOUR wait?

I visited Seaworld Orlando in February and Kraken was a walk on all day even though the park was extremely crouded. Is Kraken always like this when you have visited? Does it ever have a line?

that was the emptiest week in the world for IoA. I would get my own boat on boat on Dudley Do Right and go for 10 or more rides at a time. It was freezing though, like 60 degrees! (I'm from Miami Beach so that's cold for me)
that must be awesome to live in Florida and have so many great parks so close to your front door. I live in ny and we have sfdl which is good but you got the top ten parks.

It's not as close to Miami as you think, its 3-5 hours depending on traffic. The only things we have down here are Boomers! and fairs. (The Dade County Fair is best in the world)

Getting stuck on a megaloop at the top for twenty minutes is not fun!(Dade County Fair)

I have been to SW countless times and the longest I have waited in line for Krakken was only about 30 minuts. They were only running one train though.

I was there that day too. I have never seen a line for that ride ever.

Went to Sea World the week of July 4th and had walk-ons all day(about 14 rides total). Luckily, JtA only had 20 minute waits as well(3 rides total).

Speaking of walk-ons at Florida parks....how empty are the parks in mid-October? And how is the weather?

I've ridden Kraken between 30 and 40 times. Never waited more than 15 minutes.

I always had luck with the Orlando parks. I think I waited 45 minutes once for Space Mountain in 2000. Never waited more than 30 minutes for anything at IOA...ever!

SAme thing for Dueling Dragons.... what's up with that??
I went during the summer of 2001. On July 4th I walked on Kraken many times and didn't wait over 10 minutes when there was a line. It was great!
Last Easter I went, which is a really busy time in Orlando, and the wait was about ten minutes. The front row line was somewhat longer but not much.

Obviously spoken by a man who avoids the park during spring break.

The Incredible Hulk is the only coaster in Florida that I've waited for more than 20 minutes.

Past the point of no return, Your only choice is to freeze or burn! (pick freeze)

I just got back from spring break in Orlando, and Kraken's line was only five to fifteen minutes long depending on which seat you wanted. IOA, on the other hand, took us an hour just to get into.

-l(at least Dueling Dragons is a capacity monster :))

You are bold, but are you also...daring?

We had to wait like 40 min for Hulk, but that was right when the park opened. All the other IOA coasters were walkons. The Disney coasters had about 40-60 min wait each too.

When I was there last January there was a one train operation and NO LINE! Same for Atlantis. Good Times!
