King Cobra

What is your thoughts on PKI to bring back the King Cobra. Or even bring back Adventure Village. Give your ideas on re-themeing it or any of your ideas.

Thanks

Do you want the sarcastic and funny answer, or the real and unfunny answer? The former involves the King Cobra being melted down and rethemed as "the metal handrails for whatever ride PKI adds next," and the latter involves just the melting down part.

Sounds like a bad StrongBad e-mail... ;)

I'm a loser.

It was just a idea.

Right. And it's not necessarily a bad idea, just one that's not very likely to happen. I can't speak for anyone else but I wasn't flamming you, just giving you the short answer.

And I was just giving you the sarcastic answer, but with love. :) There's a first for everything, but parks don't usually bring back something they've just demolished.

Didn't you know? They're splitting it into two rides: King for Carowinds and Cobra for PGA.

King will feature the lift and first drop, which will go directly into the bunny hops. Emergency technicians will be standing by.

Cobra will feature the loop and helix, only they'll both be turned on their sides. I think the trick-track is going to be welded into the loop somewhere.

If I have to stop this car.....;)

Seriously, I haven't given up hope yet on getting KC to Terra Mitica, but if someone IN the states wants to buy it, I'm guessing it could be had for less than $500K...

bill, thinks Cobra sounds like that loop/helix powered Schwarzkopf ride, so I'm not even sure that would be considered a "coaster"....:)

Mistakes were made, others are to blame...

It was asked at the tour of Boomerang Bay about King Cobra. Jeffrey Siebert said no one wants it and it may be sold as scrap.
