Joker's Jinx Train Arrives

My guess is that the shipping containers were used to transport the trains and perhaps the purple train is still in the container, why would they store the container in that area if the trains or other parts related to JJ were not shipped in them?I'm heading out there on saturday and I'll try to get a good look at the area when I'm in that section of the park and will post anything of interest in my trip report.
The MAD COBRA HAS A BUILT IN NECK BRACE ON THE OTSRs. Talk about crazy. Those funny japanese. I would ride it though, I never seen a pic though.

Vertigo,

When did you see Mad Cobra in person? The last I heard it was being removed, but haven't been able to find any info on the removal.

I saw Mad Cobra on my first trip to Japan. At that time it was underconstruction, I did however get to ride Blackout, the best SLC on the planet. The trains kind of have these pull down restraints that at the bottom are just like OTSR but instead of going on the side of your head, the bar goes around the back of your neck. The trains were also redesigned by Togo/Senyo. They're kind of like the ones on Fujin Rajin.

Mad Cobra isn't being removed, it has been constructed on though.

I saw a pic of the OTSR on Mad Cobra and its looks just like a very very big OTSR around the head and it touches both sides of your face.

Hope its open by may 4th when i go!

So the Mad cobra restraints are much like the upper torso restraints on a togo stand up?man that's gotta hurt.

Did someone forget to turn off thier night vision when they took the pic?

I don't know what the problem is with this this pic, which was taken on an overcast day. This pic was a throwaway, as the camera clicked as I was getting it put away. I did happen to get a couple of good pics of JJ and Batwing prior to this and only went back to look through my pics after reading the original post and sent it off to SFN.

Oh my gause, what happened to Jokers Jinx'es braw? IT's gone, no cover and my are those train hot.

One further note. The tent in the photos is being used to hide shipping containers. I don't know if the containers were used to ship the trains or not. Containerization would seem a little excessive shipping the trains from Millersville.

the Containers contain STUFFED ANIMALS, Premier Rides does no work at their Millersville Facility, the trains could be shipped from anywhere, and the length of time the transition is taking, I suspect they are coming from Mongolia.

Anyone remember a Premier called Chiller. Last year in April you could see Robin sitting under a tent from Nitro. About mid April it disapeared to be fitted with lap bars. The train came back in mid September. It's obviously a long process and they only have 20 employees, you can excess that info on their site. You guys should be happy one trains back.
Premier does subcontract out their work as do most coaster manufacturers. I'm not sure who is doing what right now, though a contractor who works for me was talking to Premier about doing some work for them a little while back.

That is a picture of the Mad Cobra's train from a distance, it certainly looks like a little different OTSR from those I have seen on Premiers. But they might be the same, just to me they look a little different.

They're the neck brace OTSR's.
I got a good look at the yellow cars for JJ today and they have made some progress, the wheels are now in place and sometime soon the train should begin testing.
