Disregard: Sorry Jeff, that was my problem. Anything java related I can not do on my computer. I checked all my settings and made sure everything was enabled and even checked my setting in my anitvirus and they are all say java is enabled and there are no restrictions. Though anything that uses java script I could not do at home.
I fixed this myself. I had been attacked by some trojan viruses and they affected some of my windows files (messing with more than just java). All better now.
