Italian Job: Street Chase?

LOL,better yet why not have it launch right over lake....err pond charles & land on the opposite side of Rebel Yell? Now that's what I'd call a thrill coaster.

After IJ:ST let's hope their next coaster turns out to be a good ol'e lift & drop type,we really need less launches & more actual gravity coasters at PKD.

Right, because they have so many more launch coasters than chain lift coasters...
No, Tekno, because Chain coasters are more fun than Launch Coasters, duh.

IMHO, anyway.

That makes two of us....I mean how many launch coasters does a park need?

This is why I'm not fond of records set by parks for most coasters, most launchers etc.If the parks would build & maintain solid lineups that offer variety then it'd capture a wider range of the public interests.

About the only record PKD has that's worth boasting about is their title for most woodies in a single park, now if they'd build another woodie instead of IJST then they'd have had even more bragging rights & a ride most everyone will enjoy, but then again I think after the disappointment that was Hurler(aka firewood) PKD's probably not too keen on installing another woodie any time soon.

...how many launch coasters does a park need?

Four, apparently. And Stop Complaining! Gosh, you complain when a park doesn't get something, you complain when a park gets something, I honestly don't know what it is you want...

No, its not the IT for PCar! I can say that much!

Well, I *have* been around here long enough to be able to judge the "reliability quotient" on QUITE a few people....

Oh well, have to keep looking around for clues as to PCar's "New for '06" atraction...;)

Tekno:While I'm not exactly thrilled to be seeing another launcher at PKD(I'd prefer a floorless or better yet a hyper) I'm not complaining about it either.

I'm happy to see them add this ride & will certainly be more than willing to take it for a spin in 06.

Well, Rollergator, it was announced at C3 (the ACE event at the park) during a Q&A that the park was not getting IJST next year. I was told today that the announcement might be tomorrow pending final approval on the press release for 2006 project.
