Is there a 2007 wood coaster announced or not we can talk about?

Actually given HR's out & backness, not to mention Mild, errr Wild Thing's out & backness, I would have thought they'd gone for a more twisted twister.

I like what I see in Renegade. Even though it is still kind of "out & back" it is more twisted than Excalibur. And minimal, if any, straight spots for the trim police to ruin a good time.

Right now I'm on my friends dial-up so the videos on VF's site are not viewable. So it leads me to this question...

Concidering where everybody (including me) that has seen the survey markings along the path to the tunnel and over the road, but looking at the renderings, how will this ride be situated exactly? Aside from going out past Thunder Canyon.

I heard of the gift shop going away. Will the saloon also?

How much of the ride is using up the maintinance area?

Would anybody be able to answer that?

Thanks for another great season, VF!

Notice the opening in the structure under the big hill that takes you back toward the station after crossing under the lifthill. That could be for servide access to the lift motor, BUT if they rendered that part why not any other underpasses? Because if part of the coaster is going in around the saloon area, won't it have to leapfrog over the service road that the walkway tunnel goes under?

The renderings show two paths for the service road. There is one under the beginning of the lift and one under the hill right next to it. You can see them both in the aerial video and if you enlarge the entire layout at the bottom of Renegade's page.
