Is SFGAM going to be open a extra weekend?? Yes!!!

I don't believe there'll be a season pass suspension weekend, but anything is possible. If they are open which is entirely possible, I will almost definitely be there. My birthday is the 2nd.
I asked guest relations this Sunday and they told me nothing is official yet, but it will most likely happen. They told me to call this weekend to find out for sure.

The website did state that the SFGAm season passes would be valid until Oct. 27th

from sixflags.com

A 2002 Season Pass is valid any regular operating day during the 2002 season (May 4 through October 27, 2002).

What I would like Six Flags to do with their season passes is make them universal (ie: Valid January 1, 2002 - December 31, 2002). What I take from this is that come Monday, October 28th, my season pass will not work. If I wanted to goto SFMM in December, I would have to pay for a regular priced ticket.

yes sfgam is going to be open november 1,2,3. on the 1st operating hours will be 6-11 and on the 2nd and 3rd it will be 10-6.

Liek Cedar Fair does with thiers? I've used my CP pass in Jan at KBF. The passes are good from May one year.. till may the next.

Although this is not unheard of at CF parks either.. Anyone remember Milennium Mania??

ericsson whare did you get the info?

i called the park and asked them if it was true and what times they were going to be open.
Worlds of Adventure will be.
I sopke ot guest relations who told me that my sfgam season pass is good till dec 31,2002 at any SF theme park and that i should be able to use it at SFMM in Dec 2002.

(above:Is that a joke?) Anyways Ericsson you had better be telling the truth. If I drive up there on my birthday and it isn't open there will be consequences.

Got the green light from the missus to go!

I'm interested in meeting some of my fellow 'Buzzers in the area, so if you'll be there, post it over in the Meeting Calendar.

Later,

Something tells me that if it does open that weekend, it will only have a 10-6 operating hour schedule. Wont really have to worry about the night time cold.
