Is Arrow on target?

I have one concern with Arrow. How many bridges have they burned in the industry? I don't suppose that Busch or Six Flags will be working with them in the near future. That leaves Paramount and Cedar Fair. Disney hasn't used Arrow in years. I hope the demand for 4D increases. So that Arrow can rebuild those relationships.

I think Cedar Fair will do something, but not to compete with Six Flags. They got the first new thing (Magnum) and if anythimg, they will have the last. Lets hope that doesn't happen for a while though. :(

Of course, if you compare B&M to Arrow, you have to look at technology. Arrow didn't have the type of technology they have now 50 years ago, and the company hasn't made all that many rides in the 90s (in which they now have current, much more accurate and better tech. and computer programs).

So, really, if Arrow Dynamics made just as many coasters that B&M did with the same technology that they both have today, I can almost guarentee you that both companies would have almost equal results in quality. You can't really judge Arrow Dynamics because they were the pioneers of the steel roller coaster, and B&M wouldn't exist if it wasn't for them.

For all of the comments you guys make about Arrow, there's something important to consider. Arrow today is not Arrow ten years ago. Heck, it's not even Arrow five years ago. The only thing that really remains the same is the name and the fact that they supply the same parts.

So with all of the stuff about relationships, failures, aging technology, etc., consider those things a non-factor in their future.

That's an excellent thought .. but if Arrow does 'come back' (err .. WHEN Arrow does 'come back'!), a park chain would be foolish to not buy one of their rides, if it's popular and brings in the peeps.

Ya know, I am starting to think that Arrow missed the 'next' big thing. Going back to what Cobra Roller said, if the demand for Arrows was still booming along with Intamin and B&M, then there would be some quality action going on. Arrow was the first generation of steel coasters, and have died back down until they start the next generation ( X ) no pun intended. I mean, if Beemers started at the same time that Arrow started, but Arrow started when B&M really started, then there would be a lot of differences. Not to mention that Arrow's would probably be in greater demand. The thing is, nobody want an old coaster company to build them something. They want new and exciting.

I think Arrow's product line is very cool 4D, 64 Passanger super train coaster, 750ft drop ride, ArrowBATic, Madd Mouse, Virginia Reel, and improverd Mega Looper

Someone just needs to BUY

well i'm going to always have love for Arrow Dynamics becuase before we got to this point that's all we had and no one seemed to complain. But now that enthusiasts & park owners have a choice then all we here is the negative. I believe Arrow will resurrect itself and will make a lot of people happy once more. let someone put a 4D somewhere other than SFMM and the wheels will get to turning...
